Hello Families,
We wanted to take a minute to invite you to a big event that we are having in our dining room on March 24th at 6:30pm regarding a Remote Health Monitoring Program that may be of interest to many of your loved ones. We will be hosting the event with refreshments for all that would like to attend, and if you can not make it in-person, we’ll be offering it virtually via ZOOM. We will send out a zoom invite as we get closer to the date.
The Remote Health Monitoring Program from Independent Wellness Group is designed for preventative care for chronic illnesses at home and is 100% covered by Medicare. It is basically a kit designed for an individual’s specific health needs that are monitored remotely by nurses 24/7 with a physician’s oversight. Alerts can be sent to the individual, family members and their doctor. From this program each individual can receive telehealth visits, have lab work brought to them and much more. No technology expertise or internet is necessary, and it is simple, efficient and NON-invasive.
